Welcome to Understory Strategies LLC. By engaging in our consulting and coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties to ensure a clear and professional relationship.1. Scope of ServicesUnderstory Strategies LLC provides consulting and coaching services tailored to the needs of individuals and organizations. Specific deliverables, timelines, and expectations will be outlined in any agreed-upon proposals or contracts.2. Payment Terms- Payment for services is due as outlined in the invoice provided.
- Consulting and coaching sessions booked on an hourly basis must be paid in advance to secure the appointment.
- Refunds for prepaid services are only available if cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the invoice.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
- Understory Strategies LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the client.4. Intellectual Property- All materials, reports, and strategies provided by Understory Strategies LLC are the intellectual property of the company and are intended for the client’s internal use only.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.5. Confidentiality- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information, including proprietary business strategies and personal data.
- Understory Strategies LLC will not disclose any client information without prior consent, except as required by law.6. Limitation of Liability- Understory Strategies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.
- The client assumes full responsibility for implementing any advice or strategies provided.7. Dispute Resolution- Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state of New York.8. Amendments- Understory Strategies LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
